These terms are the agreement between you and Rummy. The moment you create an account, you are agreeing to them.
1. Eligibility
You need to be 18 or over and permitted to take part in real-money gaming in the place where you live. Checking your local law is down to you. We reserve the right to request proof of your age and identity whenever we need to.
2. Your account
- Each person gets one account. We close any duplicates and strip out the bonuses attached to them.
- Your login details are yours to protect — whatever happens on your account is your responsibility.
- The information you give us has to be truthful and kept current.
3. Deposits and withdrawals
- Any payment method you use has to be in your own name.
- We may hold back or turn down a withdrawal while we look into fraud, a broken bonus condition or a reversed payment.
- You will find the methods, the limits and the timings in the Payment Methods Guide.
4. Bonuses
Each bonus carries the conditions printed on its event page in the app and set out in the Bonus & Reward Guide. Gaming the system — running several accounts, say, or playing in coordination with others — means the bonus and any winnings tied to it are taken back.
5. Fair play
Random number generators decide how each game turns out. Bots, taking advantage of a software bug, and colluding with other players are all off limits. Should a game malfunction, the rounds it affected are voided.
6. Responsible gaming
Setting limits or excluding yourself is something you can do at any point — see Responsible Gaming. Once you are in a self-exclusion, we will not lift it to reopen your account early.
7. Closing accounts
You are free to close your account whenever you wish. On our side, we may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Whatever is left from your own deposits and your valid winnings is paid out to you, less any sum connected to the breach.
8. Liability and changes
Rummy cannot be held responsible for losses caused by internet or device failures beyond our control. We may revise these terms from time to time; whichever version appears on this page applies from the date it was posted.
